I have been attending classes here for a few weeks now and I really like it. The classes are very challenging, and the trainers are awesome. I needed a new gym since my previous gym was forced to close and based on the reviews and class descriptions, I chose to join this gym. The class sizes are perfect: not too big or too small. The trainers always work with me to provide alternatives for exercises that I need to avoid due to knee issues. While I have come up with substitutions on my own, the trainers will provide me with other alternatives that work the muscles in the same fashion as the exercise I need to avoid. I really appreciate that attention to detail. Additionally, the trainers will watch my form and provide suggestions to help me improve. It's refreshing to know that they care about my form to help avoid injury and to enable me to be more successful in my fitness journey. Keep up the great work!

2022:
I continue to attend classes at 614Fitness and still LOVE it! The trainers are attentive to our needs as we work out in small group classes. The workouts change daily and are challenging, never boring. I had my right knee replaced in 2019, left knee this year. After outpatient rehab, I returned to the studio. The trainers helped me modify exercises where needed and now I can keep up with little modifications. Everyone is so friendly with no judgement. We support each other in getting through the workouts. Still my happy place!

2016:
I have been going to classes at 614Fitness since the opening over a year ago. I absolutely love it! Marie Miller and the other trainers bring a wide range of fitness classes that keeps things interesting and challenging. The classes are small allowing for special attention. I have met a lot of fun people with like minds regarding fitness. They are my inspiration to keep going. I feel the best physically and mentally ever!

I have been a member since May 2021 and couldn’t recommend 614Fitness enough. Whether you are on your first burpee, or completing a series of them for a challenge, you will have a group of people cheering you on for your victory. After SEVERAL gym trials elsewhere this place really checked all the boxes I needed. Challenging workouts. Super positive environment. Amazing safety measures. And personalized fitness goals no matter where you are. It truly is an amazing and encouraging fitness family/ community.

The trainers are all attentive and provide great attention and support for any questions or modification needs. Jim, the owner, is so present, involved, and (even with a recent shoulder surgery) is there to encourage and embody the personal touch and connection he prides his gym on. With an owner like that the gym itself continues in that mode and really become a fitness family full of support and joy for your fitness journey and goal.

I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’ve been going to 614 for over a year now and it was the best decision ever for a fitness program. It’s family friendly in small group sessions where people get to know you by name and not just a face among a hundred strangers. The instructors provide personal and expert guidance through all kinds of sessions. I’m found of HIIT myself, lots of variety. The owner/instructor is hands on, teaching classes himself. All ages and body types are welcome here and I love that this gym is the dream gym for fitness, regardless of who you are. Communication flows because the owner sends personalized emails to members chocked full of fitness points on stress, stretching, mobility, weight, muscle fitness, mediation, social support and more. This past year they developed all classes via online with Zoom, a lifesaver, and the gym continues ALL those Zoom sessions. 614 Fitness is worth its weight in gold many times over for the monthly fee. I love the personal touch and small classes. I’ve been a member of many gyms, even McConnell Heart Health Center, which I also loved, but it’s a big place there and you are basically on your own. I don’t want to be a gym rat, just going through the motions. I need a focused, personalized, and family oriented small group with knowledgeable, fun, and caring instructors— and that’s the treasure box here at 614 Fitness, 🥰👍

I can't say enough good things about this gym. From the trainers to the members, the entire community is so friendly, welcoming & encouraging. Even the owner, Jim, not only knows everyone's name, but knows their profession & really cares to get to know you! How cool is that?

I joined with the unlimited membership in Dec 2020, and knew it was love at first sight after my first class with Elicia. My fitness goals are to get faster & stronger, and 614 Fitness is the PERFECT place to achieve those goals and so so much more.

I can already tell a difference in my strength & endurance! I can't wait to see where my fitness level will be a year from now.

Where to start? I HIGHLY recommend taking Elicia & Jill's classes :) You won't regret it!
