9th Street Dental

Really a great experience at 9th street dental. Had an emergency needed a tooth pulled & got an unexpected day off and they got me in TODAY with no notice and pulled my infected tooth & my insurance (I didn't even know I had lol) covered the visit. They were so helpful and so nice from the front of the house to the doctor and everyone in between. I was nervous to go, as i am for every dentist lol, but they were really gr8. They def helped me out in my time of need & took care of me like I was a long time patient. I would without a doubt recommend them to anyone especially in the situation I was in, a last second emergency sort of situation, I can't overstate how huge they came in clutch for me today. I was concerned I'd have to call off work another day go get it done! Thanks 9th street dental for taking care of me!!!

I had a dental emergency today where in the end I had to have my tooth pulled. They were so friendly at this place. The dentist who took out my tooth she was amazing and kind and made me feel safe and kept me informed the whole way. She made sure I had no discomfort and she pulled that tooth with no trouble at all. Last time I went to the dentist it was the worst experience ever. Im so glad they were able to get me in and take care of my emergency. Dental pain is no joke.

I went to Bright Dental in Sandusky (biggest mistake ever) they did two fillings on the top of both sides of my mouth. Afterword's I ate lunch and discovered both teeth that were worked on were now sensitive to hard items being eating. Felt like a nerve was being struck. My right side wasn't so bad. I went back to Bright Dental and they said something about I have pockets and my teeth needed cleaned. I went back twice and they wouldn't do anything. I knew they did something wrong and they didn't want to admit it. 1 year and a couple months later I had been chewing only on the right side only all this time because it wasn't as bad. The right side started hurting bad, really bad to the point where I had to have the tooth pulled. So it eventually destroyed my tooth. 9th Street Dental pulled it for me. I then had them clean my teeth. Sensitivity still didn't go away on the left side so once again Bright Dental lied. The dentist here was kind enough to try a refill, she got rid of an old filling that had the old black filling color and replaced it with the white colored AND she redid the tooth Bright Dental screwed up. Guess what? I have no more sensitive and I can eat on that side now. I am forever grateful for them doing this. It's just too bad I lost what was a perfectly good tooth over this. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT DENTAL. GO TO 9TH STREET DENTAL!!!

I love these ladies! I have never had such a wonderful experience at the dentist! Dr. Rohr is an absolute blessing and an amazing dentist. And Jody, where do i even start, she is funny, entertaining, and just an absolute pleasure to be around! I will not be going to any other dentist as long as these 2 are working together. Best dental experience EVER!

The staff and dentist are awesome! They treat you kindly and with respect. I wear aligners so when I went to go get a filling done, she made sure that everything fit and my bite was good before I left and told me if there was any problems to call and they will bring me back in. I have not had any issues. They were very personal and make you feel good about being there. I would have to say, I never been to a dentist where I was happy and had a laugh. I'm glad I switched to them.
