Great people. Great conversationalists. They were just as intrigued why I moved up to the area, away from Portsmouth, Ohio. Lol. Glad I picked this company for my Internet needs.

They even give a small monthly discount on Internet services if you're current or formerly (fully) served the military. It was on a brochure I received a while back, but I'd call to make sure it's still an ongoing service the company offers.

A guy named James Wheaton came to my place to hook up services for me. I had given Spectrum a "benefit of a doubt", since they were so nice in the past and had no problems with customer service. That was a mistake, I don't know what changed, but Spectrum was absolutely viciously mean to me coming back as a new customer.

When James came in to hook up Alta Fiber services, he had very good manner etiquette. He even wore some kind of shoe covers so as not to get my floors dirty. 😆 He was overall a very nice person when it comes to customer service and I would recommend Alta Fiber to friends if I could. 👍✨️

A little upset they haven't made it to my neighborhood yet I want to get rid of Spectrum but I'll hold out till they get here

Excellent service and they actually want to help you save. I stopped in to inquire about a upload speed bump. They are offering new Dayton customers symmetrical service. They set me up on symmetrical and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend talking to a rep ASAP when service is available.

Edit: ONT swap was today. They were on time, professional and courteous. Very happy!
