Called after 8p on a Tuesday, about a plumbing issue, he had it fixed by noon the NEXT day. In the middle of his busy season at his Deer Processing business, I might add. Very professional, great communication, and incredible prices. Highly recommend!
I texted Jack at 9pm at night when our ac completely stopped working. He came the next morning to check it and find out that my compressor completely broke. I needed a completely new unit. He got one overnighted and installed within 24hours. 10/10 quality service if you ask me.
Our outside unit wasn't working and we called someone else the night before who said he would come out today. The other person never showed and finally called us after 8 to tell us he wouldn't be here. It was miserably hot in the house and with kids we just couldn't do another night with it being 85+ degrees in the house. So, we called Artic Heating & Cooling and he was out here within 45 minutes after hours!! He got it fixed within 20 minutes of being here and we couldn't be happier with his service! He was nice, quick, efficient, and affordable! Will be using his service from now on! Thank you so much!!
