They also ensured everything was timed perfectly in that they staged quickly as our realtor was having professional shots done. When I walked into my newly staged home, I barely recognized the place! It looked absolutely beautiful! The day the home hit the market, we had 12 showings which I am quite sure had a lot to do with how great the pictures were on the listing. We had 3 offers the first day and were under contract by the second day. The house sold for $19,000 over asking price. I believe without a doubt that the work Ask Amy Staging did easily paid for itself with the offer we received. I will certainly be giving them a call when it is time to sell again. Ask Amy Staging is awesome! I have visited the store on several occasions & was impressed each time. They have a lot of inventory and it is constantly changing. I love to watch their window to see what will be in it next! I have also gone to several free classes that they had on decorating, flooring, window treatments, etc. The classes were very informational and fun!
