Dr. Valrose and the Athens Dental Depot team are wonderful! The care is personalized, friendly, and meticulous. I have never been concerned about my dental health under their care. Also appreciated is that i have never experienced pain under their care. They are the best in my book because they care and take the time to explain and show what they are doing, before and after. Luv it!

The Dental Hygienist (Kim) who helped me was absolutely incredible. She made me feel so safe, heard, and educated on everything throughout my exam. She was an extremely warm and comforting presence and dispelled any worry or anxiety I had going into the appointment. Dr. Valrose provided valuable information and complete transparency about the dental work I needed both presently and in the future. The team at Athens Dental Depot are truly professionals both in their craft and in their interactions with patients. As a first-time patient there, I can honestly say I will not be going anywhere else for dental treatment moving forward.

I’ve been a member of the Athens Dental Depot for a little over two years now and I can only remember one other dentist office early in my life that matches the amount of care and professionalism I receive here. They have made me feel relaxed and comfortable while explaining every option/procedure available. The work is quick and thorough. The whole staff is kind. I’ve even gotten personal phone calls after procedures to check on how I was doing and if I had any issues. I was on a waitlist for a couple months at the time I started going but I can not stress that it was well worth the wait, and now that I’m in I will not be leaving!

Highly recommend Athens Dental Depot. I’m in the middle of having a lot of work done on at least 9 teeth and I’m prone to issues cropping up. Dr. Valrose and his staff are exceptional people. You are not a number here. They take your comfort and care to another level. Always checking in with you while working on your teeth to make sure you’re okay. Dr. Valrose is also a perfectionist, which you want in a dentist. There was a question from the lab on the first three crowns I had and he had them stop and he took all new pictures and impressions for the lab. He wanted it to be right. It’s a thriving practice, but you never feel like a number. They treat each patient as an individual and strive to do their best work as if you are their only patient. It’s popular and has a great rating for a reason.

Dr. Susi is amazing! I went in for a root canal and came out feeling better than when I went in. He even called the day after to check and see how I was doing! I had missed the call but he still left me a message. I don't know of any Doctors that PERSONALLY call to see how you are doing, especially on a Saturday. I have to say, that really made me feel very well taken care of, like I was an actual person and not just another money source. Unfortunately most dentist I've been to it's usually quantity over quality. But NOT Dr. Susi, in my experience. Yes, Root Canals are VERY expensive, in my opinion. I have Delta Dental so maybe it'll be different if you have different insurance. But with MY insurance the cost of one root canal on a molar up front was $1475. They did take care of sending the information to my insurance, Delta Dental, to reimburse me whatever the insurance company decides. But to be Completely out of pain and not have to have my tooth removed, it's worth every penny to me. But besides all of that, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Susi to anyone needing a root canal. Seriously, Thank you so much Athens Dental Depot for having him at your practice! If I ever need another root canal, Dr. Susi is who I would want to see again. Even if it meant driving to Columbus, he really is that great!
