Great Service from start to finish. Sent a video of the vehicle inspection which was a nice touch. Switched from anther dealer that has lost the customer connection. White Allen is my new service provider. Keep up the good work. Shout out to Tyler who is my service advisor.

The online inventory was very helpful with narrowing my choices and selecting my new car. Once I arrived at the dealership I had already taken a look at the car's reviews; so the final decision was easy...test drive, and say yes. Bryan assisted me with final questions and the purchase, and I was on my way in my new car. No one was in to walk me through the car's functions, so I am able to schedule someone to come to my house and do that. Very seamless process...very friendly staff!

My experience was great! It started with Josh Neal, my service advisor. Josh can appear quiet, but from an expertise and professionalism standpoint, he doesn't miss a beat! He was aware of my car's history, and discussed it and other details before I went to the lounge. Kim greeted me in the lounge. She was warm, friendly, and had a big smile on her face! Great asset at Audi, esp re its customer service image. Josh came to me re updates when I was in the lounge. I believe that Josh knows that I love my car, and that I'm very keen on communication. I want to know and understand what you're doing, how long it will take, and what to expect, cost-wise. Josh addressed all of that, as well as the many other questions that I had. As I said, I had a great experience!

Awesome staff and mechanics. My car needed a repair and required ordering a part which wouldn’t be in for several days. The tech made sure I had a loaner as my car wasn’t safe to drive. They took excellent care of my car and the final bill for repair was less than the estimate. Wonderful experience all around!
