We utilized Bear Property Inspections somewhat last minute with a tight window for a home inspection in November. Bear was able to accommodate our tight timeline and get us all of the information we needed about the property prior to our deadline. Bear was very thorough and spent time ensuring that we understood everything he was seeing. He took extra time with my husband, who as a contractor himself, had lots of detailed questions. Bear was very patient and offered up honest opinions and thoughts about some of the issues that the property presented. I would highly recommend Bear Property Inspections if you're looking to buy a home. We walked away with a detailed report that highlighted what the immediate fixes needed to be and what could be pushed out a little longer - something that is super helpful when you're moving and trying to tackle too many things at once! Barant was excellent. He worked around my work schedule and made sure that when I got there that he walked me through all of the areas of potential concern both inside and outside of the home. Incredibly thorough work, catching many things that I had no clue about. Overall he made me feel comfortable that we aren’t missing anything that are big areas of concern in the home we are looking to buy. Barant also tested for termites and radon and provided us with great resources to contact once we found out that we would need a radon mitigator. He was very friendly and cared a lot about his work. Would highly recommend!
