Beer's Automotive Services and Repair

I’m from a different state and was here on work, I had some hard starts and decided to bring it to Beers, based on the reviews. This shop delivers, knowledgeable staff that actually take the time to explain all your options. They not only fixed my suspension but they were able to remove spark plugs that had no business being in my Honda. I am grateful for their service and am now confident for the long trip ahead of me. Thank you and please continue the great work you provide.

My son’s truck broke down up in the Shelby area. I know Tim and was grateful that I could call on someone familiar that could help out in this situation. Jeff the service advisor was very helpful! We needed the vehicle towed in from a neighboring town to be diagnosed. He recommended a towing service they use. After the vehicle was towed in, the mechanics changed the oil and diagnosed the problem. At present, they are holding the truck for us while we come up with a repair plan.

Every single staff member was excellent, especially Jeff and Kyle. Very knowledgeable and kind, honest. Got me in right away at a lesser cost than I was expecting. Even gave me a rental car for the day. Finished work way sooner than expected. Highly recommend and will not be going anywhere else. Thank you all!

Just moved to Shelby 3 weeks ago. Asked for them to check out my vehicle. They were so kind and courteous! There was fresh coffee and donuts awaiting my arrival. Everyone that I came in contact with was so kind! They found out what was wrong with my car immediately and I am scheduled back in for a fix! When moving to a new city and not knowing anyone, these people really made me feel at home! Also to mention, the waiting area was exceptionally clean! That is not usually the case! I am very happy that I took my car to Beers!!!

I have never been to this establishment, but I would like to note that the other reviews are rather rude. I find this unfair and I am personally offended.

Not the best hours but other than that it is a good place to get a P.O. box if you need one. You can also drop your mail off in the front in the blue mailbox. The attendant are always very nice and knowledgeable on there job. You can even drop off big packages and have them sent out as well!!📫
