He explained the difference between mattress brands and firmness. We went to a couple other stores and ended up back at Big Sandy. We appreciated John's patience and pressure-free attitude.

(September 12, 2021, 6:06 pm)Spoke with Bill today in appliances and we got a refrigerator today. Very friendly and helpful in our purchase. Also spoke with Jeff in furniture and purchased a bed spread. He was also very friendly and helped us get it from warehouse. On 10 Sep we visited Big Sandy and spoke with Amber she was so delightful friendly and helpful. We purchased a new sofa and can’t wait to get it. All the people in Big Sandy were there to help and we really felt like part of the family.
