Big Sandy Superstore was way better than I expected. We had never been there before and was a little unsure of what the store would be like. Once we arrived we realized that this store was actually really amazing. We bought a refrigerator that we had been out that day looking for. I also liked that the staff was knowledgeable about their product. It' wasn't just someone working in the appliance section for the weekend that doesn't know anything about any of the products. That's what we had been running into with the big box stores. We will definitely be coming back for our next furniture or appliance purchase.

Just a great experience here. Rebecca explained the different types of furniture they offered, and the sales going on. We got a great deal at a reasonable price. We also got a $200 discount since we spent more than $1K.

I don't normally buy the warranties, but the 5y for $200 included delivery and protects against just about everything I was really happy with what we got for our money.

We were also shopping for a garage fridge and found a great deal on a scratch and dent model. I didn't catch the salesman's name but he was great to work with as well.

Went in to browse around Huber Heights store and was met with a courteous staff. Store was very clean and furniture was displayed in multiple settings giving a great scenario to living styles and decor. Dylan Bastian was friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of our wants and need. We walked over numerous ideas specific to our home, Dylan never pushed one item over another, but gave professional insight to each piece and build quality when asked. Great purchase!
