Several staff members helped us and worked with Doug to find the flooring that would best fit our basement. They provided helpful insight on the different types of flooring and colors. They worked with our busy schedule to come to our house at times that worked best for us. The floors are now in and look great! Overall we are very happy with our experience with Bockrath Flooring and would return for any flooring needs in the future.

(November 29, 2022, 12:47 pm)My husband and I are very happy with our experience with Bockrath Flooring and Rugs. Doug helped us pick out a beautiful new kitchen flooring. He allowed us to take home samples of the flooring so we could determine which one suited our house the best, which was extremely helpful and allowed us to make the perfect choice. Paul and Dave were our installers and they were extremely kind and helpful. They informed us of any issues that came up during the install and walked us through the caring of our new floor. Matt was the last installer who came the next day, to finish the transitions to our carpeted areas, and he was extremely kind and funny and helpful. He even took a look at a section of carpet we need fixed that wasn’t part of our install. Finally Doug came back personally to do a final walkthrough and ensure we were happy with the new flooring.
Overall, we are 100% ecstatic with our new floor and highly recommend Bockrath Flooring and Rugs! -

(March 30, 2022, 10:43 am)I highly recommend Bockrath. We had three rooms of carpet installed, and the entire process was wonderful. Dave was super helpful in the showroom and helped us find the right carpet for our needs. Rich and Alex did a fantastic job installing. The carpet looks amazing! The guys were really careful moving furniture, friendly and left the house better than they found it. We will definitely be buying from Bockrath again!
