Mr. James Gao and his team where extremely efficient and very professional. I felt that they really went above and beyond to take care of our sewage and water issue. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future should the need arise.

We arrived home late from vacation to a flooded basement due to a sump pump malfunction. We called Servpro and they came out that evening. They immediately brought in two dehumidifiers to help start the drying out process. James and Jacob were great. They came back later, removed carpet padding, trim and vinyl plank flooring that was ruined by water. They were very fast, efficient and professional. I can highly recommend them as they made us feel a sense of relief that things were being taken care of in a very stressful situation. Thank you again - Candi and Rick

We live on a hill on top of a limestone moraine and it was surprising, after living here for nearly 30 years, to find water in our basement. We called ServPro and James and his team showed up after our call, assessed the situation, and made efforts to get rid of the water. The team worked hard removing wet carpet, rugs, and other debris. Their work was fast and efficient, and we're very pleased with the service. James kept me informed on everything being done, and he was patient with some issues we had. I would recommend this company and James' crew to anyone needing this help. I'm totally satisfied with the work. I live in Huron County, Ohio.

I don’t understand why anyone has given this place a low rating and then no comment. Perhaps the competing gas station employees across the street? Anyhow always good gas, competitive pricing, and an actual working car wash!!!
