Amazingly fast and efficient operation. I have been putting off and dreading a trip to the BMV. These folks exceeded my expectations! I was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes on a Saturday — this was for a license renewal which takes more time. AAA+++

Friendly, helpful, quick. Be aware they no longer handle titles/taxes at this location. They will still do the out of state inspection if required.

Fish sandwiches are tasty for fast food. Drive-thru was not too slow. The person working inside was personable and friendly. The poppers were hot and the bronco berry sauce adds a great contrast to the poppers.

Went to one near me. Refused to accept my SS card even though it was legible and I had an OH license previously. This one got me taken care of efficiently and professionally. Would entirely recommend this location.

The Johnstown location is convenient to access and their processes are well defined and communicated clearly. The use of modern technology makes checking in and understanding your place in line very simple. I usually don't have to wait very long, and the staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

I go here all the time. My wife loves the traditional roast beef with cheese while I always try the new stuff. I'm currently in love with the gyros. Try something new, or stick with the traditions, either way you will receive quality food fast.

Arby's was pretty good, on the road traveling and decided to try here and was pleasantly surprised. Customer service and food was good. They at first made a mistake and quickly took care of it😊
