C Smucker Plumbing

Great local business. After delaying some much needed work in our bathroom I finally caved and reached out to two different plumbers in my area. One has a fleet of vehicles with nice designs on them. The other was C Smucker, a smaller scale operation that doesn't have the bells and whistles but does have the same level of skill and professionalism. This smaller operation led to me paying half of what it would have been for the "high end" operation. I actually think it would have been more than that if the high end place did all the work that C Smucker did.

I received a verbal quote and had the work done the next day. No more dripping bath faucet and trips to empty the bucket catching water under the tub drain. On top of that we have entirely new bath fixtures. A great experience all around.

This is the ONLY Plumber I’ll call. You don’t have to call a fancy, eye catching number for their service. You don’t have to deal with 100 different people. Craig was awesome. The woman who scheduled me via phone was friendly and responsive. Craig arrived on time and made a quick diagnosis of my issue, and had all the necessary tools and materials to make the repair while he was here. He was complete in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up after himself, was a great communicator and offered a great value. I'll be calling and referring Smucker Plumbing again!!

Smucker plumbing to the rescue! I was trying to get someone into my rental for a LONG time. Duke had declined to turn my gas back on after a house fire and repairs. They were testing old piping at high pressures and finding lots of leaks. Once I finally was referred to Smucker they got in and made quick work of repairing the leaks. I had many quotes with contractors who were not willing to try repairing, due to the high pressure checks by Duke and those quotes were not cheap. I had many who clearly did not want to take the job.

Smucker came in and didn’t mess around. Got to work and when Duke found the tiniest most minuscule leak at really high pressure after the repairs, Smucker was right there to get out to my place quick, find and fix the pin hole leak at no extra cost.

Price was very fare and loved working with the Smucker team!
