Calvary Baptist Church

Today was my first time visiting and I was welcomed by so many inviting spirits. Not only did the message make me feel at home so did the many of members. I shook so many hands and hugged so many people, including the pastor. After the morning adult group I was introduced to the Pastor and I told him my name. After receiving such a nurturing and spiritual rejuvenating message from the choir and pastor on today.. I was greeted by the First Lady and given a wonderful welcome gift. I also greeted by the pastor once more and HE REMEMBERED MY NAME 😁 I recommend Calvary Baptist Church to those who are truly seeking Jesus and ready to understand His word seriously. Best to bring a note book to take notes. You’re not going to want to miss out on any key points. Todays Message: Mark 4:35-41 & 5:1 ❤️

Visited today for the first time along with my aunt and her husband. This was my first Baptist Church service coming from 37 years of Methodist services. I was very impressed with the pastor, and overall flow of the service. However, I was disappointed however that the praise band and choir were not miced correctly, and could barely be heard. The praise band may have well not been there. I'm a professional musician, and listen and look for details like that. Music aside, I was very happy with the visit.

Good mix of worship music and hymns, good preaching from the Bible, the truth from God's Word.

The best church you will want to attend.
Preaching out of the Bible, yes the pastor still use God's word to preach from . Friendly and welcoming congregation, Sunday school classes for all ages,nursery for the little ones, extra programs for Kids and Adults.

Calvary is the best church I have ever been to! My parents went there once, as a trial, and they never left. The church family is amazing, if you are going through a trial or maybe you just need a friend, Calvary is the perfect place. There are children ministries that are the best for your child's needs. It is the best place if you want to learn more about God and salvation
