Cap Collision Center

Back in November we hit a deer and I had my insurance take the car here after reading all the reviews. Jerry is very nice and his staff is very helpful. It took some time to get my car back, however there was over $12,000 in damage so that is to be expected. I have taken the car back twice with issues with the paint and Jerry fixed it both times on the spot while I was there and each time it only took him 5 minutes to fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great place and great people to work with.

Good fast service, food was prepared while I was waiting, friendly staff, ordered 2 crispy fish meals, tasty, nicely done and hot. Only complaint is that the oil fish was fried in was a little overused since older oil gives food a bitter taste. Old oil ruins a lot of good meals, not worth it, they need to change it more often.

Speedy for a monday at rush hour. Simple order, a triple cheese and fries. I think Tyler handed me the bag in less that 10 seconds once I reached the window. I expected a trainwreck in the bag....everything was spot-on. Burger was perfectly made, fries had just the right amount of salt and were perfect temp for consuming on drive to hotel. On May 13 my truck was involved in crash. I called CAPS the following day and Jerry was able to get me in without any wait time. Within two weeks my truck was repaired and back on the road. The color match was perfect along with the body work. An additional mechanical issue was identified, unrelated to the body work. Jerry made sure it was fixed as well although he did not have to. The work quality, the customer service, communication was 100 percent top notch. Great business, family run, I highly recommend CAPS. There are very few businessmen who have the professional qualities that Jerry operates under!!!

I took my car in to fix an unfortunate brush with a telephone pole. Jerry connected with my insurance company, took care of the (re)inspection, and the work was beautiful! Good as new! They even cleaned the inside to ensure it was germ free!
