My experience. Arrived 620am for 7am appt. Door by 640. Unloaded by 730. Folks nice as pie. Great experience!!

Bad news is always ez to share... here's a Good Report for change.
Left shipper late afternoon & had DEF light mechanical issues that caused me to miss appointment.
Was turned away & rescheduled for next day. Because I humbled myself & shared over the check in phone line that I would be in area if, per chance, anyone cancelled.
A few minutes after hanging up, truck went into Regen mode. Such is the world of trucking. This delay in leaving the lot & Mr. Derrick having mercy on me, I was unloaded about 45min later.
