CARSTAR of Mount Orab

So where do I start? I came in for an estimate because my sister-n-law's dog decided to jump and scratch the side of my new truck. Obviously, I wasn't going to turn it in on my insurance and raise my rates. I'm embarrassed I forget her name, said give us a minute and we will see what we can do. She asked if my keys were in the truck and had a gentleman come around and get my truck; fast forward, 15 minutes later, he comes back with my truck, and to my surprise it's fixed. They would not allow me to pay for any repairs, I asked multiple times.

If I need any future work done regardless of the job, they will have the first opportunity. A++, I am still speechless....

Highly recommended! The quality of work was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. When you need body work on your vehicle, it’s usually due to an upsetting circumstance that you know is going to cost money you didn’t plan to spend. This team helped us through it and provided such great customer service along the way. We will definitely come back to this location if/when life hands us our next need.

Took my car to Mt Orab Carstar for a hefty repair and they went above and beyond! Sarah and Kenny are WONDERFUL, such a trusting, family vibe as soon as I walked in! Sarah kept in touch with me the entire time through the beginning of my claim, everything in between calling with updates, and was very accommodating with my personal schedule! Did an amazing job on my car in a timely matter, will definitely be returning to them for any other repairs (despite living over an hour away) They deserve the business and they were amazing!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our cars finish after repairs were made. Sarah & Kenny kept us posted from start to finished and even took care of our rental and insurance needs.
