I love her and her staff! I live in FL 6 mos each year and I always wait til I go back to Ohio to get my check up. I really don't even want to find a doctor in FL.
I highly recommend Cater-Mallet Medical in New Concord. Samantha and her staff are always attentive and efficient in providing medical services. They greet you with a smile and make you feel comfortable and well cared for. The office is immaculate and well organized. I feel confident in placing my primary health care needs with Samantha and her team.
Samantha and her staff are wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door, they make you feel at ease. The office is top notch and clean. Samantha takes the time to sit down and talk to her patients, you do not feel rushed at all. She is very thorough. She explains everything she does and why she does it. Lab results are always back within a few days and Brenda is great with those. I definitely recommend their office to everyone!
