My wife and I had an exceptional experience having Clazak remodel our kitchen. The workmanship was outstanding, the quality of the cabinets was top shelf, and the customer service was friendly, responsive and expedient. Everyone we delt with at Clazak were polite and professional, but mostly kind and patient with us. From Chris, in the office, to John, who headed up our remodel, to Mariah, who took pictures of our brand-new kitchen, everyone seemed to genuinely care about our project, they wanted us to be fully satisfied with our kitchen. Oh, we are satisfied! The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to everyone at Clazak Kitchen and Bathroom for caring so much and giving us a beautiful new kitchen!

Contacted Clazak Kitchen & Bath for a 2nd opinion after a technician from another company determined that our heat pump compressor had seized.

The first business charged $289.93 for the service call which included a fuel surcharge for the 13 mile drive.

Clazak Kitchen & Bath, Wooster, also does HVAC work and agreed to come out the next day. Phil spent about 45 minutes diagnosing the issue and confirmed that the heat pump compressor needed to be replaced. He promised an emailed estimate for both the compressor replacement or a new outside unit. They charged $75.00 for the service call with no fuel surcharge, despite a 30 mile drive.

Phil at Clazak emailed within 24 hours with a price for both options.

After a week waiting for the 1st company to provide an estimate, I contacted Clazak to schedule the unit replacement, which was completed to my satisfaction.

Phil came out to diagnose an issue we had the year before and I am certainly impressed. He's friendly, professional, and courteous. He answered our questions and made sure that we were satisfied. Hell, he even took his shoes off when he came into the house.

I won't be using any other company for my HVAC needs.

A year ago, it was overwhelming to think of having our master bathroom totally gutted and remodeled. However, from the very first day we visited Clazak, our hesitancy was put at ease due to their professionalism and quality of work.
