Park National overall is a nice bank. We’ve had good success with getting loans and they’ve always treated as well. This branch office has been a great place to bank. We have our home loan and our business loans with them. We also do business banking with them.

Mike and Dorothy are excellent and provide fair and honest observations. I was upset at having to go at first and felt it was unfair however they provide documentation for the next custody hearing. They provided an additional witness to the case and helped matters.

I have used several different banks in the Newark area as my job involves handling dozens of bank accounts (Rep Payee accounts) and this has by far been the most helpful bank I've ever been to. It is small bank but I've never had to wait in line when I go inside. There are many drive thru lanes that makes it quick and easy if you don't need to go inside. The staff goes above and beyond, TRULY. They have been so knowledgeable and helpful that I instantly knew I needed to leave a review to thank them for their great customer service.

Great owners. Love kids and reuniting families!!! Will do everything within their power, to make sure the kids are comfortable, and the parents are comfortable in the process. It's a safe environment for everyone to enjoy. The prices are reasonable and they will work with you. The main goal here is clear. Reuniting families. ♡♡♡♡♡
