My wife and I wanted to purchase a vehicle outright and I kept my eyes open for an affordable Camry, Corolla or Avalon and Nick posted a Camry on Craigslist within our price range. I kept my eye on other options but couldn’t find anything that compared. The vehicle drives exceptionally well and was in great shape for the price they listed. Most people would have immediately ran away from this vehicle with almost 265,000 miles but this particular drivetrain can easily surpass 300,000 miles. Made a stop at our local Pick-n-pull for the finishing touches - diver side mirror, some speaker covers, inner fender well and a center console lid. My wife and I are extremely happy, and we thank you for keeping the process simple for us.
Also - as we were finishing up our paperwork, the bus for a local childcare center hopped the curb across the street from the dealership and crashed. Immediately after hearing this, Nick and I rushed outside and he offered the children water bottles and AC. Thank you for everything!

Once I entered the lot, Tristan was on it very welcoming and amazingly friendly. I knew I was gonna purchase a vehicle at this lot and did just that. Nick was the man with the paperwork and pen and awesome conversation felt very welcome with him as well. My experience at this lot was the best ever never felt as if anyone was trying to get over on me just because I'm a female like a lot of salesmen do. These guys are amazing and very detailed with what you're getting into before you make your purchase. I went to this dealer to test drive a Honda Pilot back in March 2018. The man who assisted us came off as being very irate and downright rude. We were told the vehicle I test drove sounded like it needed a CV joint looked at so we were told to come back the next day. While we appreciated his honesty, his attitude was less than welcoming. We realized we had come in to see the car at closing time and gave him the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just a long day.

We returned the next day and werw assisted by John, who is an amazing salesperson. He was laid-back, funny, and remarkably kind. He apologized profusely for the way we had been treated prior and thanked us many times for “giving them another chance.”

I ended up buying a 2009 Kia Sportage that was too good of a deal to pass up and am very happy with the sale and service in the end.

The other man we had dealt with before is simply not a people-person, which is totally fine, but I would not let him be the first impression of the business.
