I absolutely will always come here! I love the service. Everyone is super friendly and most importantly they know their stuff. My first time here I had scraped my back passenger door on a concrete pole in a parking garage and they fixed it so well that it looks new! I have attached pictures of this. Recently I have went due to some scuff marks on my passenger door (from trying to get tar off). It looks amazing now! I do not have pictures of this as it was a clear coat scuff, but they made it look new and they cleaned the tar off! They are simply amazing!
When I called I talked to Skip & he is so kind and funny! Definitely someone you want to talk to if your car is messed up. Then the mechanic is Tim, and he does amazing work with VERY affordable prices. My bank account thanks him!

Seriously! Come here. They are so great to work with especially knowing it’s women owned. Much love to the people here they treat your car like their own!

Great experience with these guys. Had a fender bender in my Audi. Skip is friendly and helpful and was my main point of contact. The work appears to be perfect. It took some time since my car is foreign and parts were hard to find but it was worth the wait. They did a good job of communicating with me and working with the insurance. I would use them again.

I visited Columbus Collision Center for an estimate on my car. The Salesperson I spoke with, Skip, was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Skip along with the other staff explained everything thoroughly and the price they quoted me was very reasonable. Would recommend them to anyone needing a quote on auto body work. I was involved in a bad accident and was contacted by Skip. He was extremely helpful and professional. He coordinated getting me in a rental that same day and my car towed to the body shop and stayed in communication with me every step of the way during my process and made it very easy. I would definitely recommend this shop and make sure you ask for Skip excellent customer service.

I delt with mainly Ashley (on site Manager). I had use their services once before with a wreck an once I contacted Ashley she took pretty much all the handling in her own hands all the way down to the car rental being lined up for me . I recently changed my deductible to $1000 so my most concern was having to come up with money out of pocket , Ashley saved me from doing that and got immaculate work done and dealt with my car insurance and the car rental for me . They even fixed my headlight which was out and I’m pretty sure that had nothing to do with my wreck . It took over 2 wks to get done but well worth the wait so Thank you Ashley for all your hard work ! I would definitely recommend this shop to friends or family in need of body work!
