I submitted two catalog orders through the mail from Country Corners this year, one was requested to be sent immediately and the other mid-April. I chose them as my main seed supplier for this year due to their variety of options for so many things and their outstanding prices. About a month after my payment was processed, my first order still hadn't arrived so I gave them a call. The woman I spoke to shared my concerns and tried to figure out what was going on with my order and said she'd call me back when she figured it out. She called me back as promised and told me that it was scheduled for early April but she would submit a request for it to be sent out on Monday when their new shipment was coming in. She switched around some other parts of my two orders to make it more convenient for me too. I received that order missing one of my packets of seeds. I then called back and asked if they could just ship it out with my April order obviously fully expecting there to be a complicated or costly return process or to be told I was out of luck without proof or whatever else a lot of these other companies will tell you. They looked up my order and made a note to send my missing seeds out with my April order. Now, while there were mistakes made this year, I will definitely be ordering from them next year for multiple reasons; not only the reasons that attracted me to this company in the first place but also their customer service is completely unmatched. Both times I talked to the same girl, Sheryl or something I think her name was. My only complaint that was not taken care of is that their website does not have everything available that their catalog does. I much prefer to order things online but I will happily order from the catalog again next year if it means I can work with this company again. I run a small farm and plan to expand drastically over the next few years so Country Corners has gained a good account and I fully plan on telling other folks all about them.
