My experience was great a employee named Lucinda was great and you could tell she loved her job. She was so kind and helped us get the right phone we wanted. She answered our questions and was straight forward with us. We walked out of the store very happy. I recommend people to go see Lucinda.

Bought an unlocked phone online and manager hooked it up for free no questions asked!! I would recommend this store over all other cricket stores. Manager was very polite and knowledgeable. A++++++ rating.
