Cutting Edge Countertops

Karen Hazucha did an excellent job for the sales team. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make a great selection. Michelle, the project manager, was on top of things and saw that the project stayed on track. The fellas who came to install (sorry I can’t remember their names) were very professional and courteous. They did their job quickly and helped ensure the install went well. The fellow who came to make the measurement was also wonderful and made some good suggestions we would not have thought of. It was an overall excellent experience and we are very happy with our countertops.

My wife and I had been swearing we would update our 1986 kitchen for years, and finally decided to go through with it this year. Got estimates from a couple of contractors, thought their prices were a bit high. I happened to notice Easyfit one day from another business across the road. Called and made an early morning appointment. This isn’t the type of place you just walk into and shop around, as a couple other reviewers didn’t seem to appreciate…just saying. Anyway, their regular salesperson was out, so the manager Jenna Chenault took care of us. Countertops are their main business, but they had a decent selection of both builder's grade and higher grade cabinets to choose from (we went with the latter). Long story short, we ended up having them do the cabinets and granite. We thought the price was quite reasonable. The cabinets only took a few weeks to arrive, and the whole install schedule was given to us by Jenna shortly after the purchase. Everything ended up going in exactly on schedule. There were a couple of minors issues with the cabinet installation which Jenna took prompt care of, and it was obvious she was genuinely concerned about the job being done correctly and us being happy with the results. We just had the granite installed last Wednesday...the install crew (Nick, Matt, Mike and Tim) were all terrific, and did a great job. I've attached a pic here from later that same day. The final trim molding wasn't installed until a few days later on the cabinets, so ignore the gaps up by the soffit. That turned out great, as well! Aside from our overall happiness with how everything turned out, we are glad we were able to do business with a great, family owned company. We learned they are subs for over 30 home Depots and Lowe's in Ohio, and do over 50 kitchens a week, so they know what they are doing, but we are glad we ended up working with them directly.
