(January 21, 2022, 9:04 pm)From the Sale to the Install, We couldn’t be happier. Sales took the time to explain and educate us on the different types and brands of flooring. Be prepared to wait if you need to order. With Covid, it will take time. Doesn’t matter who you order it through, it will take time to get what you want.
The Measuring and quote - We had 3 different local flooring companies stop out to measure and see how it would be installed. The install was more important to us than the price. First company said they would just leave our old flooring down and go over it and wouldn’t remove our 6” Oak trim due to the fear of cracking it. The second group also insisted on using quarter round and not removing the trim.
The owner of Decorator Den stopped out to Measure and the first thing out of his mouth was “ You want to remove this base instead of just using Quarter round right?” This is what the others should have been doing as well.
Once the flooring arrived, we scheduled the installers and they were prompt and very professional. Overall, the entire team did a great job.
