My Dad lives in an independent living apartment at Norwich Springs Health Campus in Hilliard, Ohio. The staff at Norwich Springs treats my Dad like royalty--they check on him frequently, involve him in campus wide activities and even had an 85th birthday party for him. He has found his second home at Norwich which has been comforting to my family, especially since losing our Mom a few months ago. Through Norwich's (Trilogy's) Live a Dream Program, our entire family of 10 was treated to a birthday dinner at a local restaurant for my Dad's birthday. What an awesome night made possible by Norwich Springs.

My Mom's care in the long term skilled facility was greatly improved once more staff was hired, particularly Jay, Ginger, Debby, Andrea, Hugh, Sarah, and Olivia. They treated our Mom like their own mother and made her last days with us as comfortable as possible.

Norwich Springs had an 85th birthday party for our Dad and through their Live a Dream program, treated our entire family of 10 to a fantastic birthday dinner at a local restaurant. Norwich Springs is a welcoming and fun community. My father has found a second family at Norwich Springs.

What a blessing to have found this facility! It is clean, light, open and beautifully decorated. My brother stayed at Norwich Springs from early May until late August. Both he and I found the staff to be caring, helpful, and responsive. The residents in the assisted living and independent areas that he came to know were wonderful - friendly, kind and very interesting people. There was a camaraderie that you rarely find in a long-term care environment, and I hope that never changes. Highly recommend this facility, and grateful to all that made his stay there the best that it could possibly be.

Highly recommend. I have toured this great, new facility and was very impressed. The staff is genuine and caring. The food is amazing too! Give them a call if are in need of such services.
