I have been a customer of this bank for over 50 years. I went in person to the bank to open a new account. Shawna was the person that helped me. She was very friendly and helpful in explaining things to me. She is an asset to this branch. Hometown service at its best. Thank you Shawna.

After approximately 25 years there, I will never go back to this branch. I experienced age discrimination from the manager. I am with Paul, they should get a zero rating, if possible. Addendum , new manager that is absolutely terrific....the branch has gone out of it’s way to rectify the situation ...cheers to Dawn ,Toni , Candy and the rest of the crew there

I went into open a business bank account with Dawn (manager), and had an absolutely fabulous experience. She was able to answer all of my questions, and help me get the accounts I needed opened in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this branch and Park National
