Absolutely loved riding here. Wayne National Forrest is a great place to ride, great trails, well maintained and safe. Will definitely be going back!

Just ran the whole door run Loop today and all the trails were in great shape with the exception of one downed tree that could be cut. However, there is barely enough room to maneuver around it. Ride on!! 😁

Well actually we was raised around this area my dad and my mom both and my wife they all lived in the same house at different times this. used to be a company town and part of the coal mines the bathhouse and all down through there and my grandma. Lived in a roundhouse they're all gone now. they're are the biggest berries you could ever find I don't know if still there or not but will find out come Summer then used to be a a tunnel run couple miles underground there to the brick Fact the kids would in there cars and ride free wheel down to the tipel used. That like it was a rollercoaster and they'd walk thu the tunnel sometimes for a shortcut to school .I was back on the trails and it really Steep and goes like straight up and straight down we was back there about 2 years ago with granddaughters and somebody had turned their Jeep over on a trails and we brought him out in the back of my pickup truck to meet the tow truck. just about dark then . really gets dark fast there in the woods the trails goes for lots of miles. As to the steepness of the trails about 2 mi away they used to hold the national hill climbs for motorcycles in the area
