    I am keeping my previous review for reference but must add that Dr. Newby called me after leaving this and reassured me this will not happen again. I appreciate that personal touch extremely and am now increasing my review. Fingers crossed next visit is better!

    They still are requiring masks but will not provide them without lecturing. 🙄 We really like Dr. newby but that's about it. The front desk staff are frankly, just rude. They seem annoyed and irritated when having to assist. You can be standing waiting patiently and they just act like you're completely invisible and when they do acknowledge you they are sarcastic and hateful. It is to bad the staff that greets you cannot be as pleasant as Dr. Newby herself.

    Staff are so professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dont get me wrong they are no nonsense but if you have a legitimate short term issue say you're child is away for 3 months they will work with you to get you back in and your childs teeth taken care of.

    Dr. Newby and her staff are the greatest !!!
    Dr. Newby is such an amazing, kind, caring, and very thorough person. I met Dr. Newby over four years ago, and her expertise has never changed.
    My son had extreme dental issues, the care plan was explained to the fullest with patience and a big beautiful smile. My son's care plan included major surgery - Dr. Newby recommended a great surgeon with outstanding results !!!
    Dr. Newby gave a personal wellness check phone call, at the hospital after surgery.
    I recommend Dr. Newby to everyone.

    I truly thank God for this entire staff !!!

    Dr. Newby is the best! We have been visiting her office with each of our 5 kids and have no regrets. She, and her staff are knowledgeable, kind and careful when caring for their patients. The office staff is kind and courteous, and as accommodating as possible with a busy practice. Wait times are as expected with Orthodontic care, just plan accordingly and be on time and there will be no problems.
    We appreciate Dr. Newby and do not hesitate to recommend her and her staff.
