My hair cut was fine. I'm not to crazy about the person who cut it. I would have preferred more layers, but didn't want to say anything.

When I checked in with the app, it said sbout 40 minutes. This was accurate.
Stylist was very upbeat and easy to talk to. She had checked the system to see what I preferred and proceeded from there.
She asked about my sideburns and if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed.
She helped me with the app, to get the coupon and to process the payment.

Customers: do the online check-in and you won't have problems. I went to the Frantz Rd location on a Wednesday morning. Danielle cut my hair, but what made it great was her positive, personable, and polite interaction with me. It is what any customer would want. Give her a raise, promotion, both, and more because she deserves it 10x. I've always had good customer service at Great Clips, but she was outstanding.

The manager and your stylist are so personable! I love going in with the service and friendly banter that often you think you only get with a spa center type appointment. Not at the Frantz Road Location - they are sweet, caring, and always a great haircut!
