Our van was involved in an accident, and the insurance company sent us to Elite for repairs. Elite made every effort to make our experience painless, from arranging a rental pick-up close to our house, to providing us status updates along the way. We had a tough time getting information from the insurance company, so Elite's excellent communication was a huge help. They were helpful and professional throughout the process, and the car looks great. Would highly recommend.

Joseph Meeker was AWESOME!!! He handled that tow truck like he was driving the Beetle I had him tow. He took great care to make sure the front didn’t get any scratches or bumps. I really appreciate his caring attitude about my vehicle.

A friend of mine recommended i call Elite to get my ram truck back home from London to Columbus, so i did and the tow guy jimmy muncy showed up, got me hooked up and home. So come March my husband has worked for this company for 9 years. The way they treat their employees, is a blessing. They have done so much, for an example for my husband to see his other son, he needed his schedule , fixed. They made it happen. Not a lot of companies will work like they did with him. Elite auto is more like family, amazing company to work for!
I also personally would like to thank Jon & his wife , because of them myself, my husband & our 3 children have everything we have.

AAA sent this company to tow my car and the service was excellent. Shawn, the driver, was friendly, competent and quick. It took only 10 minutes from his arrival until my car was up on the flatbed and ready to go. In this current world of abysmal customer service, Shawn deserves an award!
