I had left a previous negative review; and I needed the services of this enterprise location again. The same associate that I left a negative review about; was the customer service representative who assisted me. He was kind, accommodating and gracious with me even though he knew I had left that negative review.
This is not just about ensuring that I do the right thing; which I have removed the negative review and added this one; it is also about the lessons that I am often still taught in life; how we respond and how we treat people is really all that matters in this life.
Thank you Riley for your professionalism and kindness today; even when you were interacting with someone who hadn’t been so kind before.

Decent location with plenty of cars (usually). They’re a little disorganized, but friendly. The car I rented was clean, with a full tank and they were able get me in and out of the location within a reasonable amount of time. I’ll continue to use this Enterprise Car Rental location whenever I’m around Milford and am in need of a reliable vehicle.

Excellent service at this location. I needed a rental while my car was in the shop, they set it up with me ahead of time, so I’d have it when I needed it. The day came and they had the perfect car ready for me and their customer service was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!
