ER Autocare Plain City

Been coming here for a few years and always had good service. This time I had a flat tire and they got me right in, fixed it quickly, and even put the spare tire back where it belongs. I will say the waiting area in the new place is a bit odd - it's gigantic but they only had 4 seats?

Dropped my car off when it was making some sounds like the water pump was going. They called me first thing in the morning and had it repaired that day, replacing the serpentine belt as well, that was needed. Great service every time I bring my car to them. Will never go anywhere else! Thanks for your excellent service

Kevin was able to quickly yet the right tires for replacement on my car as well as an oil change and was able to work with my busy schedule. I also used one of the company’s courtesy cars to get things done while they worked on my car. Very happy with ER autocare!

When I walk into a Cracker Barrel I enjoy the gift shop, service was prompt and courteous, orders were taking quickly and I enjoy the atmosphere as I wait for my food to arrive. My daughter enjoys playing the golf tee peg game that's on the table. The food arrived hot and delicious I enjoy the steak cooked perfectly, and the cheesy potatoes. The Grits were nice and thick and not runny. The orange juice was very good and not watery.

Had a great experience. My service consultant was Kevin Meyer and he was very friendly and helpful. Chip was my mechanic and he did a great job. All in all a very friendly atmosphere. What I appreciate the most is how much they pride themselves on being transparent. 98% of shops I've been to before like to just tell you something is wrong so they can get more money out of you. ER Autocare not only tells you what's wrong but takes you into the service bay and actually SHOWS you so you know they're not trying to scam you. That alone earned my trust for the business and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Today was an outstanding Cracker Barrel experience! We hit it at the right time, only 10 minutes of shopping before we were seated and the meals were all spectacular!

Fried chicken and tenderloins were crisp on the outside and juicy inside. The cornbread and biscuits all you want them to be. Green beans were gone before I could get picture.

Our waitress Hannah A was so sweet and offered a to go cup for my husbands peach tea- thank you for that!

A superb experience all around! Exactly what the hype is all about.

I always have a good time at the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. I love the fireplace in the winter season and the gift shop is always full of interesting seasonal knack knacks. I have always been pleased with the service and the food is great. My favorite is the Southern Fried Chicken very crisp and juicy. There are also over sized parking spaces in the back for RVs and vehicles towing trailers.

Overall the food was very good on this occasion, I ordered the chicken fried turkey with green beans and bacon mac and cheese. The turkey was great and bacon mac and cheese was amazing. The green beans were as good as green beans can be 😄. Service was decent, but I got an overwhelming impression that this location was very understaffed. Because of this it took an extremely long time to get food etc. I think we were sat around 12:30pm and got our food around 1:40pm. The server was very friendly and handled all of her tables very well, but hopefully they can get more help because this was honestly the biggest issue I think. We will definitely be back again, but probably at a slower time.

I'm not a regular at the Cracker Barrel and it's been years since I've been there. But it was really good. I had the Friday fish special. It was cod that was lightly battered then dusted with corn meal dredge. It was seasoned well and was cooked perfectly. It was tender, flaky, crunchy and moist. I would get it every time. I tried the hash brown tots and they were really good. They had a crispy exterior and tender and cheesey interior. I also liked the corn bread muffins and the green beans. Service was fine the prices were decent.
