A great experience from our initial consultation and explanation of metal roofing through final installation and clean-up. We are very happy with the work that was done and the final product that will be the last roof ever needed on this house. We have already recommended Erie to our friends and neighbors.

Great experience overall. Josh the sales rep was awesome! He knew the company products well and helped us make our decision to trust Erie for our new roof. The pricing and warranty are what sold us. The materials arrived to our residence in a short time and the roof was installed in one day. We would recommend Erie to family and friends.

The salesman came out and showed us the metal roof product...I was very impressed. No exposed fasteners. We chose the cottage style. He didn't say anything about this style being attached different with exposed fasteners. This needs to be added to the sales presentation. The installer assured me it would not leak. The installation was great. They do however need to be careful of throwing things off the roof. Put a hole in my hottub cover. They should also run a magnet around the perimeter of the house. I found a handful of nails and staples from what they tore off. All in all I am happy with the overall process.

The sales process was very informative. I was confident that I would receive a superior product. I had other quotes for less but I agreed that the silver under lay and the quality of the shingle was worth paying more. They included features that others had not offered. The installation up be satisfactory. The installers worked hard and frequently asked if I was happy. A small miss understanding with the job description was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I got the installation that fully met my expectations. They left a very clean yard.
They are worth the cost.

We are delighted with our new roof. The installers arrived early, worked late, and always told us what they were doing. Attention to detail impressed us as did their daily tidying. When the job was complete, they made sure that we had all questions answered and that we were highly satisfied with their efforts. Great job!
