It's really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 it's kind of turning me against this place. I don't know what happened to customer service in this world?

And to the lady who answered the phone, you sounded a little annoyed but you could have been dealing with another customer too, thank you for your help regardless.
