Went to Facet Jewelry in Milford to get my ring back into shape which was bent up from lifting weights. Mike in jewelry went above and beyond and not only smoothed my ring back out but he made it super shiny!!! 💎Totally recommend him for any jewelry repair or cleaning!!!! Thank you Mike!!!

What a great place to shop for jewelry! I purchased a gold ring in mid-June and all employees treated me like the gold I bought!

I mainly worked with Julia at the Amelia location. Julia made me feel completely comfortable in the store. She did not pressure me in any way; she was very professional and showed me many pieces of jewelry, even pieces that were clearly not for me. Julia was oh so kind and patient while it took me five days to make a final decision!

Jeweler, Dan Sr, did a great job! Dan helped me decide on the size of the ring about which I am very particular. Though not expected, he perfectly sized my ring on the spot. Dan then offered, cleaned and complimented other pieces of jewelry I wore into the store!

The price paid was very reasonable. I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase! This ring will be worn every day.

I would give Julia seven stars were it possible. Hope to do business with Julia at Facet again in the future.

Always a joy to stop in and see all the great items that they carry and to see the guys at the counter. Kind, courteous and respectful is what you get. When you come here. They'll give you a good price for your precious items. Be sure to stop in and say hey to Mike. He's great

On a whim, I decided to check this place out to see about selling my previous wedding ring set. They were very courteous and knowledgeable, and took their time appraising the rings. I also inquired about re-coating my current wedding ring set with black rhodium, after a disastrous attempt by another jewelry shop. Not only were they able to clean up and refinish my rings to look exactly like when I had first gotten them, but they were able to do it within the 10-15 minutes that I was there, and for a very fair price. Needless to say, I will be back and I definitely recommend them!
