(July 28, 2018, 11:31 am)I love this place!!!! I was a little lost in my fitness journey and FlowFit had it all to help me get back on track! They have classes for everyone at any fitness level. Beginners and advanced level people can all take the same class because the instructors offer options for both during your workout. Oh and Yoga after a hard class is the best! You walk into the studio and everyone welcomes you, it’s a great place to be!

(July 27, 2018, 5:59 pm)I have been a member of Flow Fit Studios for a year. The facility is beautiful and inviting! The classes they offer are for all levels of athletic ability. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make getting in shape fun! The studio offers many different classes and you can also work with a personal trainer. I was nervous starting work out program but everyone made me feel so welcome and I enjoy working out!

(July 27, 2018, 3:39 pm)FlowFit Studios and all the instructors are AWESOME! They have many different types of fitness classes that fit all ages. I'm in my 50's and do some of the classes and yoga. It has absolutely changed my life and the way I feel inside and out. You can also do personal training if that's more of what you prefer. If you haven't checked it out yet.....go do it and start changing your like!

I enjoy the variety of classes that are designed for wherever you are in your fitness journey, beginner or advanced :) I added 1:1 personal training to my regimen in January & enjoy the encouragement I get to keep moving forward in reaching my fitness goals!
