This store has excellent service and a wonderful owner / manager. As a note, the person leaving a one star review because a UPS driver didn't leave her package at her house is remarking on UPS, not this store, and that comment should be removed. The UPS Store and UPS are separate entities.

UPS Store #1016: Exceptional customer service and outstanding packing job of my multiple fragile porcelain pieces won at Gray's Auctioneers. Each person I spoke with consistently friendly and helpful and made the experience a pleasant one for me. And I felt they were honest, fair and straightforward with me about pricing. I had been anxious about the items arriving safely, but the packing they did was on par with the best I've dealt with elsewhere. Terrific job!

The only area that might need a little polishing is the timeliness of responses, which were sometimes lagging a bit. It would be nice to get a quick email update every few days, even if it is just to state they are still working on it.

Regardless, Store #1016 exceeded all of my expectations and was genuinely the best UPS store I have dealt with to date, anywhere across the country. And my positive experience with them means I will be doing more bidding at Gray's auctions, knowing that I will have full confidence in the shipping! :-)

Ginger got my case resolved in four months. Unheard of when it comes to fighting for disability. She’s thorough , professional and at times sympathetic towards your plight. Please don’t waste her time if you’re not truly disabled. Highly recommend and you’ll be amazed of what she can do for you.

The UPS Store at 1114 N Court St, Medina, OH 44256, United States is a fully specified postal and courier service center which includes various outsourced office technologies. I needed to send a package to Atlanta and the staff were helpful about packaging, showing me how I could use one of their envelopes instead of a box to send some fragile foodstuffs to Atlanta for less than it would have cost to use the box I intended to use. My friend had to send documents to Mexico and again, staff had good knowledge about how Customs were likely to inspect material of a technical nature. This helped my friend advise his customers why his package could take a while to arrive.

I can't say enough good about these attorneys and their staff. You expect them to be professional , discreet, and respectful. They are all this, and more. I have always been treated so kindly and comfortable. They go to great lengths to make each step you go through understood, and ease a lot of stress for the situation. I would recommend these wonderful attorneys to everyone. Go ahead, call them!
