The ordering process was super easy and I received an email almost immediately with my order info and tracking number for my order. My order arrived in a few days and the product was in brand new condition. I popped in the included batteries and it worked perfectly!!! I'm super happy with my remote and my experience with this company. I would definitely recommend this company in the future!!
