GLACIER AUTO REPAIR

My car was acting funny!! In fact it was pretty much dead to the world. Had my car towed over to Glacier auto and Harry was amazing. When the assessment came back it was not good. Harry checked out all options to get everything fixed for the best price.He was honest and fair. After discussing all options to get it fixed he also let me know about other options and was very informative. He is a straight shooter and I believe helped me out to do what was best for me. I know I've found my car guy for all my future car issues!!

I’ve been going to Harry since early 2021. Each and every time he provides exceptional service. I never feel like I need to worry about getting ripped as a woman with unnecessary repairs. Every time I go to Harry he makes sure to explain everything thoroughly, including pictures and estimated timelines and pricing. He goes above and beyond to make sure that my car is safe and prepared for the road before I leave his property. If you need a reputable mechanic, this is absolutely where you need to be.

I had some major issues to my car that were in part due to taking it to another shop who did not properly assess my vehicle. Glacier took the time to properly assess the car’s needs and make sure I was notified every step of the way with regards to pricing and explained in detail what repairs and why. I won’t go to any other shop in Columbus. 10/10.

Harry has been my mechanic for over 10+ years. He always takes the time to explain in detail what’s wrong with your car, and his prices are always reasonable. You never have to worry about being up charged for repairs you don’t need. Harry truly cares about his customers, and it shows in the quality of his work. And on top of that his shop stays extremely clean at all times. I’ve referred many people to Glacier, and every last one of them are now a repeat customer.

Called on Friday afternoon about my A/C condensation drain being plugged and leaking water into my passenger side. He told me to bring it by, asked if I needed anything else. Figured I was a couple hundred miles from an oil change so I got that which was very reasonable. He was able to shoot air back up the hose to clear it and didn’t even charge me.

Did an inspection and recommended I look at replacing my brake pads soon, but by no means implied I needed it done asap.

Seemed very honest, would definitely bring my car back again.
