We had a regen issue with our 2022 Big bunk Cascadia and these great guys got us in, fixed and back out faster than any other Freightliner shop we've been to....EVER!!! I would give 10 stars if possible. They were even good about our two weiner dogs *********okay, that's my 10 stars ;-)

Amazing experience ….had a problem in my freightliner Cascadia electrical problem towed my truck to great lakes, they diagnosed in the same day yeah, two people working on my problem got out the next day. Fastest dealer Repair I ever had.

I had a great experience at Great Lakes Freightliner. My new Cascadia had a warranty issue which left me grounded. Though they aren’t our local freightliner location, They slipped me in and took care of it quickly so I could get back on the road. Two thumbs up.

Went in with Regen problem. They did exactly what they said they would do. Fixed my problem at a very reasonable price. If you can get here, towed or driving, then do it. You will be glad you did. Thanks again again mike and the technician who performed the service. I apologize for not remembering your name at the moment. He was the top rung on the ladder. Joe simpson
