Very respectful and professional staff around the board. Just can’t make this stuff up! If you can remember the good ole days of true customer service; well stay right here because they never forgotten the importance of it nor how to deliver it.

Since Amber has been our 'go to' and not one of the men at Hamilton we've been very pleased. She makes you feel no matter how small your insurance needs, she is there to help and she does. A blessing in this less than ideal customer service world we are in. We have moved and we keep Hamilton because they know us, we aren't just a number.

We have multiple policies with Hamilton Insurance for a few years now. Every time I have a question I receive and answer quickly, even after hours. I have no doubt if we ever need to submit a claim, we will be taken care of by Brian and his team. Very professional as well.

We first became aquainted with Brian Hamilton of Hamilton insurance when our small business liability insurance changed ownership and Hamilton became our new administrator. We soon discovered and took advantage of his ability to get us set up with overall better insurance bang for our buck regarding home, auto and life insurance options. My wife and I are turning 50, so we were able to get in under the wire regarding lower life insurance rates. If you are going to be 50 soon, definitely reevaluate your current coverage and additional options with Brian. The whole process has been easy, automated and seemless.
