Let me summarize:

- Great communication. They reached out to me to provide status updates in a timely manner (sometimes before I even thought about asking).
- Quality products.
- Professionals with many years for experience (not a start-up company). They are new to Columbus, OH area but have several other stores in the state.
- No high pressure sales pitch.
- Matched equipment that works best for me even though I thought I needed something more expensive.
- White-glove delivery. They (Chris and Preston) took great care when setting up in our home.

If you're in the need of exercise equipment, you won't be disappointed with these guys. I would buy from them again.
