I just retired from JE after working at this facility for 37 years! I have seen many changes over the years. Yes, there is room for improvement, but I believe the company is striving to address concerns of its employees and remedy the turnover rate. I was fortunate to have worked with some wonderful people at JE.

I was able to have my first real internship experience at JE this summer, and it was the time of my life! I got hands-on experience with many complex deliverables, taking lead on some of them as well. I quickly sharpened my soft and "T" Skills, and met some amazing professionals that were always willing to help when needed. Very impressed by the construct of the intern program!

I worked at Johnson Electric for 3 terms as an Electrical Engineer Co-Op. The Engineering department helped me learn hands on skills that I would not have experience in otherwise. I was able to help on various products and see my hard work be put into action. Would recommend for engineering experience.

I have done two co-op rotations with the engineering department at Johnson Electric and have had learned so much. The interns and co-ops were always treated as contributing members of all projects we worked on. I never felt like they were giving us busy work, and I would recommend for anyone looking for experience in manufacturing engineering.
