Incredible as always! This time we had our kitchen chairs done too and the upholstery looks brand new!

Top notch service! Our dog started experiencing incontinence issues and unleashed on our bedroom carpet. I tried cleaning and shampooing but it didn't even touch the problem. I can NOT handle smells and was so nauseated by the smell (although everyone else said it wasn't strong🤷‍♀️) I couldn't even sleep in my own room. I called KC Carpet care based on a recommendation from a friend and Kelsey handled my dramatics about the smell like a champ. She got me scheduled as soon as she could and when Cameron showed up he was fantastic.

What started as a general pet oder carpet cleaning ended up being ripping up all our bedroom carpet, replacing the padding with waterproof padding, cleaning carpet on both top and underside and reinstalling all the carpet. Again, my sense of smell is ridiculous and I was convinced I could still smell something in a tiny spot- I reached out to Cam on a Saturday night and he responded right away and said he would be back Monday.

Monday morning he showed up and retreated the small area with no questions asked and our bedroom smelled perfect again. He completely took care of the problem and explained what he was doing throughout the whole process to give me peace of mind. I can be a tough customer because I have expectations when I'm paying for a service and KC Carpet Care fulfilled those expectations like a champ!

You took your time & explained the entire process to me while doing it & you take great pride in your work, which you should because you did an amazing job! I had the deep cleaning with pet stain treatment done, as you can see from the photos, the stains are gone!!

KC carpet care did a great job on our carpets. The other was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Very clean and courteous! Would definitely recommend and use again.

One word - Amazing! My story: I recently lost my dog of 15+ years and prior to his leaving he lost control of his bowels. I immediately tried cleaning using various solutions and had settled on just pulling up the carpet, but my son suggested KC Carpet Care. I called and spoke with Kelsey and she said that I should stop trying to deep clean the mess because the chemicals I was using could interfere with the effectiveness of their solution. I honestly thought that could not be correct, but I stopped trying to deep clean the mess. I was embarrassed to have anyone see the mess but when Cameron arrived, he immediately put me at ease (thank you!). He cleaned the area and Kelsey has right! The areas that I did not clean (other than the obvious pick up) came right up! The areas that I had deep cleaned left a stain. Cameron said not to worry he had a solution that would do the job. He sprayed his 'magic' solution on the stains and said that within 24 hours they should lighten up or totally dissolve. Honestly within a couple of hours after Cameron left the stains had totally disappeared! I HIGHLY recommend this company. Both Kelsey and Cameron definitely know what they are talking about!
