These guys are Great! Having moved from NW Ohio two years ago and leaving my long-time trusted mechanic behind, I was in desperate need of a new mechanic for my 2008 Nissan. They tuned it up, replaced a few parts, and advised me on what I might need in the future. All was done at reasonable prices, no pressure and with an eye to economy. So glad I found them.

I was looking to have a 7 pin connector and brake controller installed on my 2023 Toyota. The issue with it being a new car is that there is no "standard" connector kit (currently) for the car make, and finding an auto shop to install was difficult as well. I called around to dedicated RV repair shops and they quoted me outrageous prices that did not even include parts. Started looking for local auto shops and gave Ken Marcotte's a call. Jim picked up and we discussed the possibility of the install, which he assured me the team could handle. They had installed a trailer hitch already and I was very happy with the quick turn around, and even happier to hear they have personnel who specialize in RV/trailer related items.

Brought the car in for them to look at the electrical and met Ed. After the inspection Ed gave me an honest assessment of what they could do and potential issues the new wiring could cause (no performance issues, just potential warning signs that could come on). After answering every single question I had we decided to go for it. Put a deposit down and Ed and the team custom ordered the parts. Once they were in we dropped the car off, with an expected turn around time of 1-2 days. Overall it took a total of 4, BUT, Ed gave me daily updates on what they were working on. He walked me through every change they made and was incredibly knowledgeable and up front about what they were doing. The additional time was due to them trouble shooting electrical issues and custom wiring everything so the car worked PERFECTLY.

The end result was a custom wired 7 pin connector that is perfectly set up in the car with no issues whatsoever. Ed went above and beyond, adding additional wiring so that everything flowed correctly, a few custom welds for an exceptionally clean look and some additional heat shielding for any exposed wiring.

I really can't recommend them enough. Honest, upfront pricing, exceptional customer service and a resolve to go above and beyond to meet customer needs are all found here. 10/10 on all fronts!

We were 350 miles from home and had a wheel bearing failure. It happened at 9:30 on Friday night. Had it towed to Ken's and called at 8am on Saturday. By the time I called Jim had already scanned my Vin and had a service quote. I lucked out and his front end tech was scheduled to work. By 11:30 am my truck was done and ready for pickup. Couldn't recommend them more for getting us out of a bind and able to make it back home Sunday morning. Thanks for all your hard work. We greatly appreciate you and your staff
