I was dealing with Michelle so when I called to ask for her I received Will on the phone. I had asked for Michelle and then explained that I have been dealing with her but he insisted I talk to him about my mother’s account. After a short time, he told me he could not tell me anything because I was not authorized. This is why I began asking for Michelle because I had already faxed proper paperwork to retrieve such information. So, when I asked to leave a message for Michelle or to have her call me he hung up on me. I had to call back and start all over again just to ask for Michelle, which I finally received her and she was awesome! Will needs some customer service training, especially when I SPECIFICALLY asked to talk to whom I had been dealing with. The five star rating is for her not my experience with Will!
